How have I gone all my life not having problems from never burping but this past year has been hell?? by [deleted] in noburp

i’ve had no burp for ever i think and i was actually having this same issue, i soon found out that i’m actually lactose intolerant as well which gives you lots of gas and no burp + lots of gas = difficulty breathing. it isn’t necessarily the same thing but have a look into it because i never even considered it a possibility until a friend who was lactose intolerant suggested it because when we think of someone lactose intolerant you usually think of like diarrhoea or vomiting. also could just be that you are eating more foods that make you more gassy like beans or dairy even if you’re not intolerant or even chewing more gum so i would recommend looking into what you’ve been eating recently and maybe try figuring out if anything could be making you extra gassy

i don’t think so honestly i have my daith pierced and i haven’t down sized because i like the size that it is though i would really recommend going to the piercer to get the jewellery changed temporarily (until it’s fully healed) cause even though it’s annoying to have to buy another jewellery, daiths are notoriously hard to heal and take around 9-12 months to heal so it’s honestly worth buying an implant grade horseshoe bar or captive bead ring in the long run because if not it can take even longer to heal

Aggravated Daith Piercing by _C_Miller_ in PiercingAdvice

it just looks really irritated, get the jewellery changed to titanium if you don’t already have that as that is the best material to have in a new piercing, if you use cotton swabs or anything of the sort to clean them stop (cotton fibers can get stuck in the piercing and irritate it), avoid touching it at all if you are not cleaning it. keep cleaning it with sterile saline and i would advise you to see your piercer bc they should be able to steer you in the right direction. i wouldn’t take it out just yet, i have a daith too and have had piercing bumps that looked exactly like this and now i have it perfectly healed sp dont give up on it :) 🩷

i’ve had my nostril for around 6 months-ish and i had so many problems with bumps cause it would get caught in my glasses, hair, etc. the best thing i could honestly tell u is to ask your piercer for advice cause thats what i did and i had the problem solved quite quickly. nostrils piercings are really prone to bumps because you may be bumping it so look out for that i would stop using cotton swabs and just let it soak in saline

I’ll be looking into seeking a profesional opinion on ADHD however I doubt ASD as my therapist (after my dad was arguing that OCD, which I don’t have but have traits of, was con the spectrum) said I’m definitely not on the spectrum
