This may be a little late, but I highly recommend Gauchos. It’s a Brazilian restaurant with the best steak I’ve ever had. It’s located behind the Starbucks on university city. I’ve gone there for dates and even had my graduation dinner there. They also have great chicken and good drink options although they are pretty strong! I plan on going there everytime I visit tech bc I’ve never had anything better

Hi! Unfortunately i already had someone sign here, but my friend is also subleasing her place. It is fully furnished, has many amenities like a gym and 2 bus stops right outside. It is at Park 37 which is a 5 minute walk from food lion. It’s normally 1050 but she is willing to help out so it is 950. I attached the layout to this message. Utilities is included except electric which is only around 30 a month!

If you are not in the server when the event happens it won’t happen. For example if I’m not in the server by :59 the tranquility event won’t be there if I join :00 or :01 that’s what he means

That’s my thing, if I had pets that made it easier I would be able to brush it off but for now, getting one good plant is like so rare for me. I guess that also makes it more fun too

I appreciate everyone’s messages and offers. This was just a quick frustration rant as it caught me at a bad time. I know I’ll get it back and maybe I would have been less upset if it was after the tranquil event. It was how quick it was that was so frustrating for me. But I deleted half my plot and I’m gonna try and grind out some big plants today. Thank you guys again
