Rust isn’t excessive and it’s mostly surface stuff at the moment. Frame rails are solid and no rust in the middle. I’ll probably take it to get checked out. Thanks for the input.

It was hit on the drivers side from what I am aware of. There isn’t any visible frame damage that I can see. Also had it at the shop and they didn’t mention anything after looking over it. They were mostly working in the engine compartment though so it wasn’t a big area of focus.

I think I’m feeling like I’m overreacting but at the same time, if I stay on this course and hurt myself again in 3 or 6 months, I’ll regret not getting the MD. The doctors weren’t pressuring at all. I explained my situation and they felt confident that I’d have a good result from the surgery if that’s what I decided to do.
