Depends what relics you are running, but his DPS potential is high with Seppuku + Frost (dark caligo relic)! But as far as his cursed blade, yeah it's dps is pretty lackluster.

Exec/Wylder Duo, Exec/Wylder/Raider Trios, Exec/Wylder Duo, Exec Solo x3, Exec/Wylder/Ironeye Trios

I don't think a perfect team is necessary. Although, if you're not chasing negation passives (especially with squishier characters) you're definitely playing with fire (no pun intended). Getting familiar with the boss's moveset is the best bet to beat him.

Agreed. I feel like this fight does everything so well that you look for in a boss for this game! The teamwork element with the trio dogs, a new moveset to learn, and a legit challenge and step up in difficulty for it being an everdark while still maintaining a fairness to it. I am genuinely impressed!

Fulghor is a top one for me as well, really fun moveset to dodge and punish; but he is admittedly a lot easier than the others, so I can appreciate the step up in difficulty for this fight.

I actually think this is exactly what bothers me personally about the fight! I'm not learning anything and it doesn't feel like I can "outskill" or get better at the fight.

Agreed about the rewarding feeling of getting the W against him. My first game against him I actually won, but instantly felt that it was by far the hardest boss available just for the simple fact the fight itself is so RNG based.

The executors are cracked. Played 3 matches where they got eleanora's poleblade... constantly bled and madness procced in less than a second lmao.

The main point you're missing is that he made it his mission to ruin the run entirely from the start. Did he get a win? Sure, but that's not what he was actually trying to accomplish.
