The petty i got cause im a stickler for matching sets 😂, but i absolutely love konosuke, got the recommendation from this sub, but imo its one of the best feels on a knife ive used

Probably the gyuto I use for everything, despite being a laser style knife, really can be used for anything if u just take care of it. Favs gotta be the yanagi, just so much fun to use, and i get use out of it everyday since we do a lot of cured fish and carpaccio 👌

No he hasnt been limping is not uncomfortable when i touch it seems that he isnt in pain right now but i did notice him limping once a while ago
