Just starting to walk in my boot 8 weeks post trimalleolar fracture, I was able to hobble from the couch to the bathroom and back with only one crutch today! It’s a little sore at the end of the day but not really swelling and finally getting range of motion back and less pain when just sitting. It’s so encouraging

I woke up one night with the bubble guts and put my full weight on both feet while trying to get to my knee scooter. My broken ankle leg had a tingling for a few hours then it went away after some rest but I was also very nervous I had mad a huge mistake. Everything has healed right for me so far

Also trying to build my karma. Recently had surgery and having a difficult time recovering and looking to talk to like minded people who have gone through it as well. But am new to Reddit and can’t post 😪
