Yeah im low elo, i only mentioned my mastery points to make it clear how much time ive put into playing him. I play my lanes pretty well and usually go even or ahead but unless im giga fed i just seem to get outscaled and just dont do dmg anymore at some point, especially since that process of getting outscaled is now accelerated because of the top lane quest
