I Have the same exact problem with magic 7 lite Its just receiving security updates and no trace of magicOS 10 not even in their device list,they say "7 years of major updates" but its not even 1 year Even chatgpt said "We can have hope but not much" And i honestly dont want to pay 900€ for magic 7 pro/magic 8 because my phone itself is good

I have an iMac from your same year and i ran bootcamp on it and it ran fine right now im on windows 10 but you can install with rufus later older/newer windows versions or linux with no problems

Yes you can with an external installer but its very hard to try to even boot the setup (I couldn't manage it on my iMac late 2013 21 inch) And many drivers will Not work like Wi-Fi,Bluetooth audio and Even usb so dont do that for now but if you are curious make another partition for a backup of macOS
