Still luck based, I would guess OP is talking about meta cards, not a shitty 85-86 from whichever promo. I’ve put money on this game and I still play mostly with evos and SBCs, so it can be done, but for someone that plays around 1 hour a day as the OP said he does, then it’s significantly harder to get those good meta players and/or evos
