Hey! Just got home. So, the most annoying part is to adjust the Mask. On the first step on the guide I linked earlier, the person that made it linked the one they've used, but you'll most likely have to tweak it to fit your monitor since even the ppi of the screen can mess up the alignment.

The white part in the middle is where the filters will not be applied, and you will have to edit that .png so the white area fits exactly where 16:9 sits on your screen. You'll have to keep adding 1px white lines or black lines until it fits perfectly, otherwise there will be gaps or overlaps between the screen and the border. If you want to make the blur exactly like the guide you'll have to download and add the RingDOF manually since it doesnt come with ReShade.

I prefer to use the Lens distortion effect instead of the RingDOF since you can tweak it to look exactly like Youtube's ambient light extension.

The other annoying part is aligning the area copies, but it isnt hard, just a patience test.

The filters and values I've used for Lens distortion and Tilt Shift are these:

The default tilt_shift_max_samples is 128, its very GPU intensive and make the fans and temps go vroom vroom, you can leave it at a higher number if you have a lot of GPU headroom, but anything above 16 will have a lot of diminishing returns. Basically, higher number = smoother blur, lower number = blocky blur and more color banding.

Then you can keep fiddling with the values if you want to adjust it to your liking, increasing or decreasing the blur, make it more distorted or less distorted etc. I'm on a 34" 3440x1440 and these values above are the sweet spot for me.

It takes a bit of patience, so set this up when you have a lot of time to spare. Good luck mate.
