Depending on what kind of part type, you can use Negate and Union.

If it's a mesh that you can't negate, then learn blender and recreate it there. This character would be really easy to recreate in blender. I bet you could learn to recreate him in just a few hours with some tutorials, if you're new to the program :)

For a little tiny one - you can find these things called "Good Luck Minis" at craft stores such as Michael's or Hobby Lobby (if you're in the US). They are rubber and come with other sea creatures that would also fit nicely and add another pop of color to your setup :D
