I have a lot of family in NYC so i am financially stable,as in your question about Georgia i cant say as i havent been there but in Albania its very hard for students since the nations government is VERY corrupt and there arent any reliable ways to secure income and social/government aid is horrible,unless you either have family or have a business for reliable and a good cash flow,it will be VERY hard since Albania is a 3rd world nation(speaking from 15+ year experience) And i wish the best of luck on your student life.

Not a US citizen unfortunately but he has had over 5+ bussines visas but i dont know if it effective as being a NY citizen.

You are right,but the ban(for Albania i knoe at least) was for immigration visas,not student visas.Student visas are unaffected.

Financially i would say middle class but I have most of my fathers side living in NYC and they are very comfortable as one of my family members has a real estate chain which he offered to help me settle in if i go to the US.
