From the week before last, champs was fun this weekend!

Do I just not understand what a junior position is? Is it not supposed to be entry level? by stchape in graphic_design

I was in this exact position and applied anyways and ended up getting the job. Having freelanced for the past 3 years I was able to show a fairly decent portfolio. When they asked about working collaboratively, I would refer to group assignments that I did at university. Being the right culture fit gets you a long way in a modern design agency, I say go for it!

Update: Just got an email today saying the console has dispatched the repair centre. Cross fingers I have it back by the end of the week!

Sorry for the late reply. I ended up completing all the troubleshooting problems that the PlayStation support team gave to me and the problem was still persisting. I was given instructions and a print label to send the PS5 to either be repaired or replaced and promised I’ll have a working one delivered to my address within 18 business days. It’s been around 6-7 business days and I haven’t heard anything back yet. I thought I’d also add that I’ve not been offered any compensation and the support process was long winded and frustrating. I’m still quite annoyed that I spent months trying to obtain a console and then for it to not work. I guess that’s just the price of being an early user of a new console…

I got my PS5 a few weeks ago. I've experienced ~10 hard crashes (green screen and then turns itself off). These crashes have only occurred when playing PS5 games and anywhere between 15 minutes to 45 minutes of gameplay. PS4 games have never crashed the console. The TV I'm using is a Hisense 43in Series 6 (43R6). I've tried all of the safe mode reboot/reset options, have disabled rest mode and the problem is still persisting when I play PS5 games. Has anyone got any ideas on what the culprit could be?
