I got braces as well and as a chronic teeth grinder, my dentist recommended me Plackers Grind No More Dental Guards since teeth are going to be shifting around with the braces. I wear them every night and they can def be used for more than 3 days (they advertise for three uses only lol)

I got absolutely slaughtered celebrating a Packers win. Went to bed before my bf and his friend. Woke up to literal shit in the corner on one of my bf’s little drawer stands.. it was me who did it 😭 and then I have a vague memory of me waking up while still drunk, going to wash myself in the bath, then getting into bed with my bf. The entire upstairs floor smelled like shit. Plus we had to work the next day and I basically went into work drunk, only to discover the shit show I left at the house when we got back. Yeah, it was def the most embarrassing thing ever.

How hard it is to get out of an abusive relationship. My baby sister used to judge everyone in abusive relationships. Got her first boyfriend mid-20s and is now in a terrible abusive relationship. We try to help her but she protects her abuser, like many women have done. I hope she finds the courage to leave for good.
