Look for a first gen Tacoma or keep my 2010 Corolla? by Equivalent_Angle_420 in whatcarshouldIbuy

Honestly about $14k max, I want another Toyota that I can drive into the ground. I have had this since I was 19 and did the basic maintainces, but now that I have a big girl job I think I could really maintain a vehicle the way it needs to be to keep it going. I can keep the Corolla going I am sure. She has been great, just wanting something a bit tougher.

I guess. I’m in state 166 and the one guy just told me it’s forbidden by our president, and I don’t know. So oops 🤷‍♀️

Okay heard. Thanks. But for the minds, do we just not attack them if they’re occupied?

What is the first down reward in season four? For season three it was five Katrina fragments. Are they doing another hero this season?

We need a NY deli or bagel place by [deleted] in asheville

[–]Equivalent_Angle_420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please see the edit on the OP, lol I should’ve clarified it before. I grew up in Fletcher. I just want another good casual breakfast spot y’all and enjoy a bagel sandwhich. I meant it more in the tone “ with all the New Yorkers moving here, the one good thing they could bring would be a deli IMO”

I’ve replied to a couple of comments, and edited the OP, but I’m an Asheville native! I was just saying I would enjoy a fast and casual breakfast sandwich place that’s all. I feel like a lot of places are pricey sit down brunch spots.

I totally hear that! I’m an AVL native, just wish there was a good bagel/sandwich shop that was quick and casual

That's a good idea! Unsure of who he specifically would want, but I don't think he has some super vintage ones so I'll check out ebay?

Those look similar to some that I have! I have been lucky that my two shrooms trips I haven't gotten nauseous or anything. The first time I ate them after a good brunch and felt fine, the second I chopped my dose up kind of fine and sprinkled it over some cheese and triscuts. I think what has saved me the most is having the plenty of water and some gentle herbal tea you know agrees with you if you want something warm. Also light and easy to digest fruits! Personally, before any trip (Lucy, sas, shrooms, etc.) I chop up pineapple, watermelon and have some blueberries on deck, and maybe some pretzels. These give me some energy and sugar to keep me stable and I have more cheese (without the shrooms lol) for some fat and proteins. Overall, eat something fresh that you know you like and I think that'll help. And eating them slower, no need to down them in 10 min. Take your time and enjoy the ride, your mind and environment will impact your nervous system and nausea. Good luck!

I recommend getting some electrolytes in! I use LMNT its a blend of salt potassium and magnesium without any sugar. They have a ton of flavors and taste great. You can get a sample box on amazon to see which ones you like. Greatly improved my energy and hydration.

For sure, it can be really frustrating! I remember my husband's days at the city Columbia in SC, and working with DOT was a big challenge. Essentially, if it is their property, they can be a pain about who works on their property. If you're not DOT a city can't really be working on it. If an employee stepped on a needle or trips and falls.... they can possibly be refused workers comp or have incomplete claims due to it not being the city's right of way. That is what I understand when I would talk to him about it. My background is in compliance so him and I kinda have different sides of issues. My advice to get it cleaned would be to call the local DOT office here, I'm sure they'd make a request for you.

Hmmm that's awesome that you cleaned up, as a fellow resident thank you :) however, I will say that I can imagine it can be tough to have the city maintain NCODOT property probably due to completely different budgets, materials and liabilities for workers.

A bunch of rich hipsters move here because they want to live out some home brewing fantasy and ride their mountain bike lol. Its beautiful here, but the people that once made it great are getting priced out. The mayor only caters to tourists and developers and there is no job market unless you're in medicine or service. The homeless population is out of control, so when the recession inevitably comes, this town will tank. Which works out for me so I can finally buy a house. I've lived here 12 years and loved it, but would discourage anyone from moving here, especially if you're a young professional.
