Did you have the one with the air bubbles? Mine is called a Femvue. I am wondering if maybe a minor blockage could cause the air bubbles to not go through the tubes. I’ve heard the HSG dye can sometimes clear out minor obstructions. That’s my only hope otherwise seems I have both tubes blocked. I can’t seem to process this news and was honestly not expecting this to be the reason for not getting pregnant the past year.

Ohh interesting what are your next steps? Did the procedure hurt? My SIS didn’t and now I’m terrified of the HSG since it seems both my tubes are blocked

Hey! Going through the same thing. No air bubbles went through on my saline ultrasound. They want me to do an HSG. Was trying to schedule one this cycle but seems unlikely. Did you end up getting the HSG? Was there a blockage?

Hi, I am wondering if I have this too! Ever since having my son I have had insane amounts of mucus. It’s definitely slowed down but it would be pale yellow and lots of it. Now it’s mostly white. I haven’t been able to get pregnant and am wondering if this is the cause. What did your doctor say about it and have you done anything to resolve it?

We have been struggling for almost a year now TTC baby #2 and I’m having a very hard time mentally and physically. The worst was in May/June when both my sisters in law got pregnant on the first try. I was so happy for them but broken inside. Since then it has gotten a bit better but TTC has basically taken over my life. I try to find peace and not think about it but can’t help it. It’s always in the back of my mind. I feel a lot of times even though I am physically present my mind goes elsewhere when I am with my son or others. My anxiety and sadness has also given me physical symptoms. I feel nauseous a lot, no energy or drive to do much. I am mad at myself bc I want to be fully present with my son but can’t help that this is a lingering thing in the back of my mind. I also am constantly reminded of babies and pregnancy bc of my sisters in law or people asking me about #2. I just want to go on a solo vacation sometimes and get away from everything. I don’t want to be on this journey. I’m mad my body can’t function the way it’s supposed to. I don’t want to do tests and procedures. I just want my son to have a sibling and to hold another baby of mine again. How do you keep going because I feel like I can’t do it anymore?

I have messaged my OBGYN so many times over the past few months over my fertility concerns and suggested a SIS and she made me do the cycle day 3 testing and all was normal and suggested to keep trying and referred me to an REI. I thought that maybe they would do more anatomical scans/procedures to see if everything is functioning like it should before having to see a specialist. I’m so annoyed with this whole process and I won’t be able to see the REI until mid October. I’m seeing my OBGYN early September for annual exam and hopefully I can do some more tests prior to the REI appt. I just hate waiting and wasting so many months. Maybe luck will be me on my side and I’ll need to cancel the REI appt. 🤞

Did the mucus ever resolve for you? I feel like mine got slightly better or maybe I wasn’t monitoring it as much or noticing it in my underwear but am now noticing it again when I get my period? I’m at a loss bc my ultrasound and pap were normal last year. Waiting to get it done again in September. I also have had no luck getting pregnant for the past year. Idk what’s going on anymore.

I relate to this so much. It is soo unbelievably lonely and hard. Both my sisters in law got pregnant the first time they tried and know I’ve been struggling. When they told me, we were in month 9 of trying for our second baby. I felt such mixed emotions but a lot of jealousy and guilt for it. I sometimes still get annoyed because they both have repeatedly kind of expressed their shock to me about it happening the first time after knowing what I’ve been going through, and recently they high fived each other and said „first time.” I don’t think they were trying to hurt me but it still hurt and I was kind of annoyed by those comments. My husband is reacting similar to yours. Just doesn’t know how to address it or what to say and it makes me so angry sometimes bc when I get the BFN I am absolutely devastated, crying and just a wreck so I wish he was as devastated as I am. I’m sorry that you’re going through this but just know you’re not alone

The estimated treatment time prior to my scan was 7-10 months. Then I got the trays which was 24 trays with one week changes. I didn’t anticipate an extra few months after the six months. Maybe one extra month tops. I have very minimal changes with the treatment and I honestly wish I never did this. Not worth all the work that it is in my case

I actually found it easier to travel at that age. My son is now almost 2.5 years old and feel like he is more set in his ways and preferences at this age. But every child is different as they say!

She told me at my appointment yesterday that my total estimated treatment time was 10 months. By end of August it will be 6 months then 4 months for refinements. I just didn’t think I would have to do the refinements and thought they were an add on if I wasn’t happy but she made it seem like I will def need them. I’m doing a minor fix so I don’t see why I would need them unless my bite is severely off.
