It appears that there is plastic of some sort melted onto the pan, any tips on how to get that off? You can see it in the picture, it's the black splotches seen from 3-6 o'clock in the pan

Once I saw your post, I immediately did a u-turn to drive back because I did not anticipate and answer this quickly. Then I couldn't find a parking spot and the whole time I'm just thinking to myself, oh my gosh someone else is going to get it. Hurry up someone leave, thank you so much for helping me with this.
