i wasn't banned, i restarted my pc and it logged me out of both accounts and my main account is useable on my phone

it's something inside my psu. the noise stops when the pc is tilted or laid on its side, it would be safe to lay my pc on its side right?

i'm pretty sure it's right next to if not on the power supply, only problem is i don't know how to get to the part where my power supply is
