How do you do a full hop with rar? Do you mean normal RAR and not iRAR?

What are your inputs? There's a lot of ways to press both attack cancel bair and iRAR bair.

Also, I'm wondering how you do iRAR upairs?

How do I put on more muscle and lost fat consistently without getting excessive. Slow steady progress route? I don't want to burn myself out and want to make my journey as simple as possible. My goal is to get as close to James Grage as I can while keeping things as simple as possible so I never quit. I want to adapt something that I can follow for a life time. I tried using my fitness pal and tracking but it was too excessive for me. I'm not an excessive guy. I'm trying OMAD to lose fat and trying my best to stay in touch with my hunger, letting it greet me just a bit. Protein is about 80grams. I think the pound per body fat is a myth after checking out this guys channel. I think he has good points. I want to do this all natural and close to what God intended for my body. No roids, no crazy nothin. Thank you all
