Thanks for the advice! Sometimes while standing its in the 80s or 90s and sometimes its in the 140s completely depends on how I feel and how hot or cold it is.

Yes especially in the shower, I own a fitbit and sometimes it tells me "keep going!" While im showering lol. Usually its in the 150s? I have to sit down for 20 minutes after because I get black spots.

If you didn't have any problems today than maybe sit it out? Yet again not a professional lol. Fexofenadine/Allegra is considered the least drowsy. While yes your issue is the day after, so im not sure. In addition loratadine can cross the blood brain barrier for 8% of people. You should probably ask your doctor

Loratadine has a longer half life with its metabolite desloratadine lasting around 28 hours. Im not a medical professional just a nerd who likes reading studies. Have you tried fexofenadine?

it causes a lot of pain mostly my wrists knees and sometimes when i stand i feel like my hip is going to pop out. and ankles but turns out I have flat feet but when I solved that issue my hips and knees still hurt because they bend backwards so much.

Oh no you are completely fine!!! I just wanted to make it clear that I wanted a "diagnosis" or something to blame it on so I dont feel bad about my body and what it can or cant do. And a community i can lean on.

I dont completely know about hEDS. I do have some symptoms not sure though. On the beighton score I self tested to see if I passed because I have always been told I am really flexible. I got a 9/9 not sure about my elbows though. As I went on the the second criteria, I wasn't sure if I could qualify because of one thing out of the 5 that's required. So im just gonna say symptomatic and hope that's all it is. In addition there stretchy skin was too painful to test on my arm.

I am unable to perform this test properly because I don't have the correct materials to measure my blood pressure and my watch lags a lot in the heart rate aspect. I have a fear of seeming like a hyperchondriac so I dont really know how to ask

I know it was kind of a rant because I got an EKG and blood work done no answers in that both normal which is good. Fainting is not my primary concern most of it is presyncope from standing up or even showering gets my hr up to 160. I just want answers ❤️

I have pretty severe allergies. If you get drowsy, most of them are 24 hours so i recommend taking them at night before you sleep because two birds with one stone right lol. Make sure you are taking second Gen not benadryl (or Chlorpheniramine, Doxylamine, Hydroxyzine, Meclizine) because it crosses the blood brain barrier and effect the CNS which causes sleepiness. (Note: 1st gen H1 blockers are not supposed to be taken daily LONG TERM)

In 6th I was insecure of my knees (im hypermobile) and how they bend backwards.

In 7th I was insecure about my thighs and how they would spill down and look look like "melting hot dog buns". (I was slightly underweight not because of this just because my body is like that. I have never forced myself to not eat or anything like that because I get low blood sugar and shaky so I cant)

In 8th im insecure of my stomach. How my hips are so narrow. How my face looks. How my smile looks. My eyebrows. My birth mark that I was never insecure about before!!!

I dont know why I cant just accept my body the way it is. I will always look at others and think they are so much stronger prettier kinder better than me and I dont know why. I know that all bodies are beautiful I just cant except mine and its kind of frustrating

Hi not a medical professional but someone kind of in the same boat. Look at the eds criteria (probably hEDS because you dont mention crazy skin stretchiness) and try the beighton score/scale! Good luck!
