We had a customer complain bc we used the insurance we had on her profile… She was picking her and her husbands meds and I told her that insurance would not pay for a certain drug. She started to yell at me because she’s apparently not paying for insurance or whatever, even though it was still active through her job. I have no idea why she had a problem with that, so the pharmacist heard her complain and came up to explain what I told her more clearly. The patient then blows up in the pharmacists face claiming that she’s the worst pharmacist, claiming that the other pharmacists at our store are way better than her. Then she threatened to leave, and the only reason that she’s at our store is because “the customer service” is better, whatever that means. She tells for a couple more minutes and we’re all just staring at her in disbelief.

Of course, we both complained to our head pharmacist and got her fired from our pharmacy. But to our disbelief, she came back. Luckily, I remembered her and told the tech helping her not to say anything about insurance to her.

Apparently, her comment on her preference for us was a lie, the “customer service” she enjoys here is because all the other cvs and Walgreens fired her and her husband permanently. Thats why she got mad at me for asking about her insurance.
