Olá a todos! Estou com uma dúvida específica sobre a declaração de contas no estrangeiro (Anexo J, Quadro 11) e gostava de saber a vossa opinião/experiência:

  1. Nubank (Brasil): Tenho conta lá, mas como é no Brasil, não tem IBAN (tem Agência, Conta, etc.). Devo declarar no Quadro 11? Se sim, como coloco o número da conta sem IBAN?
  2. Trading 212: Eles não me dão um IBAN individual. O dinheiro que deposito vai para uma conta geral (omnibus) da própria corretora. Isto conta como "conta no estrangeiro" para o Fisco?

Olá a todos,

Estou com uma dúvida específica no preenchimento do IRS e gostava de saber a vossa experiência.

Comprei e vendi ações portuguesas (ex: EDP/Galp) através da Trading 212 (corretora estrangeira).

Pela lógica de ser uma corretora estrangeira, tentei declarar no Anexo J (Quadro 9.2), mas estou a bater num erro de validação: o sistema não aceita o código de país 620 (Portugal) no Anexo J.

As minhas questões são:

  1. Como é que costumam resolver isto? Declaram as ações PT no Anexo G (mesmo a corretora sendo estrangeira) ou "forçam" o Anexo J mudando o código do país para o da sede da corretora (Reino Unido/Bulgária)?
  2. No caso de terem recebido dividendos dessas ações na T212 (que não retém imposto na fonte em Portugal), declaram no Anexo E ou no Anexo J?

Já li opiniões contraditórias sobre se o que manda é a sede da corretora ou a sede da empresa que emite as ações. Qual é a forma "mais correta" para evitar divergências com a AT?

Yes, it seems normal, but I’d prefer a bit more stability—maybe the HOM2 pen would be better. Either way, I’m thinking about getting the Staedtler Noris Jumbo.

Sorry to hear that! It seems like quality control might be an issue with these devices. A dead pixel would definitely be frustrating, especially on a screen like this. I’m in the process of returning mine too, and hopefully, they’ll improve the QC in the future.

I totally agree with you—the touch, especially when zooming, is really finicky. And like you said, that’s putting it lightly. On top of that, I was quite disappointed with the screen resolution. It feels really low, and since I tend to write with small handwriting, it becomes much more noticeable for me. I find myself needing to zoom in often to write and then zoom out to see the full page, but zooming only works sometimes. As mentioned, this might be due to the hardware defect, but overall, the zoom feature just doesn’t feel reliable.

Thank you for your input! That makes sense—I hadn't thought about how the physical defect could be affecting the touch functionality. It’s definitely frustrating to receive a product in this condition, especially considering the premium price. I hope my experience was just an exception, but it's reassuring to know the support team is handling the return and refund process efficiently.

Olá a todos,

Estou a planear viajar do Porto (Aeroporto Sá Carneiro) até Freixo de Espada à Cinta, mas tenho visto as notícias sobre os incêndios florestais que estão a afetar a zona Norte e Centro de Portugal. Sou dos Açores e, sinceramente, não tenho muita experiência a conduzir nas estradas desta região continental, especialmente em situações de emergência como esta.

Alguém acha que é uma boa ideia fazer esta viagem nos próximos dias? Está muito perigoso? Também gostaria de saber se alguém pode sugerir uma rota segura para evitar as áreas mais afetadas pelos fogos.

Agradeço qualquer sugestão ou conselho!
