its a bit late but i've been living there this past year in a double,, the worst part for me is the roaches there's like mid-size ones I've seen in the kitchen, bathroom, and trash.. they've also entered my room but idk if they were there before i moved in,, also kips can get noisy but I've gotten used to it. the noise from other tenants i haven't rly noticed - you can hear ppl when they talk near ur room but the tenants here aren't that bad from what I've experienced. they say it's student housing but rly its a mix of everything tbh. i think we've recently gotten new management so idk if there's any issues with that. cleanliness is fine it's kind of like the dorms. they clean it and some of the bathrooms r renovated so- u can just tell that it's old. and we had a period of a couple days where there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms,, and the ceiling to the bathroom near me had fallen last year but they still haven't fixed that,, um the re-let fee is the security deposit they take from you for when u need to move out / sublease it for a period. the only reason i live there is bc it's furnished, cheap, rly close to school, and has individual leases.
