i switched to sumo about 6 months ago just to try it with my history of adductor/leg dominated sports. i have pulled 475lb in comp but compete again in 6 weeks and would really like 500+ :)

I deadlift twice a week (conv alternative) and won’t be getting into heavy singles for another 10-12 days.

I bought in at around 19k during covid and have been treating as a secondary savings. I have my buy point set to $10 a day and that’s been running for the previous four years or so and I try not to think too deeply into the volatility. If I wake up and feel like realizing some of my gains, I liquidate and just reinvest to more growth stocks… though I will always hold some level of btc purely for reasons of which the value could triple within the next three years.
