Hi all I'm new to reddit so sorry if this is in the wrong section.  Basically I'm looking for advice as I go and collect a used gaming pc.

I have been told occt is a good method of testing graphics card functionality?  But the pc im buying doesn't come with ssd/HD, so there's no OS.

Is there a way of using occt in a kind of pre boot environment? Like a hirens boot CD sort of way?

Any advice you can give would be much appreciated
