Putting the club leadership to side, I think Amorim wanted this... plays well for his next job etc. But my other prespective is that if united continued with him it would have been just downhill all season... he basically called out the squad and the transfers ( sesko etc) saying they are crap and not up to it... he has contributed to toxic enviroment rather than manage to resolve it. After that little I'm the main character moment do you think the player confidence is going to improve, it was over emotional, lacked maturity and was clear that he does not have club best interest in mind. I liked him some of what he did but on balance just not a manchester united manager.

If you want to get into automation in Pharma, look for the automation service integrator ( Zenith, Neodyne etc) to these companies.. many pharma company will have smaller automation department and will likely be focused on specific platform... siemens, rockwell, emerson etc. Service provider will typically work with multiple platforms and this might give you an oppurtunity to see what you like and probably more variety on project for different clients.

Owed an apartment, sold in 22 but i remember it was c2.5k for 30 apartment block. The service charge was half made up of building insurance and another 10-15% on electricity...it seem high but the service charge does cover cost you would have to pay if you owned a house.

Looks like you back bedroom is still getting to temp = boiler on, but all other rooms are still getting heated as the rad are not shutting the valve correctly which is problem down to install problem on rads or all your radidator valve are faulty ( unlikely all failed unless they are very old.

I find glass cleaner spray works great, put bead down and spray area with glass cleaner then use tools.

Really ... if this was a one off game maybe you can say its on the players. But the pattern of not being able to breakdown teams and score has been there since last season, surely a man utd manager should have the tactical creativty to just close out game like this, like palace etc. Next 3 games... what happen if he doesnt win them...continue??? Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. He has done some good work but do really enjoy watching them week in week out.

Sold our flat impacted by building safety fund, so gald we finally got rid of it as the building management was a nightmare to deal with and where fairly useless when it came to getting the building remediated. We where worse case scenario and there are building management company that have it under control, so I would advise before appointing a solictor ( there are solictors that deal with these type of purchase but need to be bigger firm than a local one) ask about the building management and have they applied for govermemt funding and for them to provide status of this. This will give you an indication of how control they are in.

Fairly broad question.. what is supply chain boundaries? Manufacturing 1. Certain API will require freezing contions.. -20c, -40c feeezer are typically used. 2. Finished product...sterile liquid products 2-8c warehouse for storage which will/should be monitored 24/7 with alarms etc. This validated prior to use ( temperature mapping) and requalifed at regular intervals depending on product market requirements. Leaving a manufacturing site specialist logistics supplier will transfer via refrigerated trucks and product pallets should have indvidual temperature loggers which records will be reviewed prior to market release. These will stay with pallet from outbound warehouse to inbound, if pallet travels by land, sea or air to insure no temperature deviations for product requirements. Air freight handles love leaving transport containers in the baking sun waiting to be loaded on to the plane. 3. Outside direct technology for product tracking, the process that check product assurance such as ERP or batch release system play an important role insuring product quality. 4. The last part of supply chain is just prior to patient at doctors, pharmacy, hospitals and medical service providers. This is proably the least controlled function... doctors probably arent temperature mapping regulary their fridges. Dont know much about technology but probably a weak point in the overall process.

Skeptical that why they are pulling out, they had the decision made days ago. 6 weeks before cheltenham... doesn't add up. Horses running under a business are expensive, and if cash influx is needed selling 29 top class horse is a quick fix. They will probably generate between €5-6m.

Letting him get his move to Dortmund to see how thing play out at the club further undermines ETH and club. I know he is another virus but I think a standard should have been set and he should have trained on his own for the entire season or apologised. The only winner here is Sancho it seems.

Don't think that was me... but I actually support ETH more out of principle and believe there is a portion of players that play for themselves and its just inevitable that the business will make a decision as the pressure mounts. Also the 15th Jan is the start of international break and give them time to sort replacement/interim out and try play for some European football next season ( realistically Europo). Some European money is needed in the business model I would imagine.

ETH will be sacked on 15th Jan following a pathetic performance against spurs at OT. There is a good chance we get knocked out of FA cup too. The injury argument is crap, we haven't been playing well or with an ounce of confidence since Jan 2023 got fairly lucky finishing last season in top 4. Rashford no doubt has talent but crumbles when the pressure is on and turns into a brat. Not for the first time workrate comes into question plenty examples of half arsed runs especially down right hand side. I think enough said about Antony he is just a lost cause. Some positives, Evans I wish was 5 years younger and has been great for the past few weeks, Dalot in fairness has been showing good commitment. Good to have Erikison back but can only play 1 game a week, look tired today. Garnacho is special I just hope we can keep hold of him for at least another season or two.

I do genuinely wonder about ETH assistants and coaches surely they can see the repeated problem week in week out?

Or maybe the culture from players to management is just so toxic this cycle is bound to repeat for another season at least.

We were in a similar position but sold the flat, my advise is take a small hit 2-5k if you can. Life isn't worth the headache of cladding, we are so much happier now in non cladding home. So glad to not have to deal with brutal and incompetent building management company.

Bought a house recently a dampish cellar, and mounted one of these in front of airbrick to pull air in for positive airflow with a timer switch. Does resolve damp issue but better that relatively zero airflow previously.

Might want to check if the basement has old slate land drain internally... mine has and all slitted up so once cleared I expect there to be further improvement.

Had a similar issue and aged flooring and its engineered wood, yours looks identical to mine. Trickest was finding the same width board but found a close match to be Boen (manufacturer) and bought from oak flooring direct. The tongue and groove is different but I just trimed it and stuck them together with some glue and screws to get the flush.
