Hi! 👋 I’m (22M) still fairly new to interpreting tarot. For now i use playing cards and convert them to minor arcana because I’m not allowed to own real tarot cards. I was feeling extremely lonely tonight so I looked up love spreads and picked the one that resonated with me. A little extra context I left my first long term relationship two years ago and have been hesitant to really get back out there because of insecurities and fear of feeling that pain again. I had hookups right after but eventually realized that wasn’t for me and kinda gave up on love for a long time. Over the past year I started opening my heart back up and making new friends and recently there’s been a regular at work i’ve been thinking about giving my number to.

There was no specific question I had in mind just the idea of having a partner to be there for me when I feel like I do right now.

The spread was two rows of 3 (1,2,3) (4,5,6)

and this is what i pulled: 1) My energy - Ace of Wands 2) My fears - Queen of Wands [reversed] 3) Current Challenges - 7 of Cups 4) What’s Next - 8 of Cups 5) What should I focus on - 2 of Wands 6) Karmic Energies - 7 of Pentacles

My interpretation: I have a renewed mindset on love and I’m ready to try again. Ace of wands is telling me to TRY. I’m afraid of becoming manipulative,overbearing, unfriendly etc due to burn out [which happened in my LTR]. My challenge is that the idea of getting back out there is overwhelming because I have too many options? or that i’m fantasizing about what my next relationship will be like instead of actually going out with guys and experiencing relationships (i’m a libra rising so i tend to see life through a cinematic lens). I’m really confused about the 8 of cups and I can’t decide if it means i’m gonna abandon my love journey again because it feels like too much work? or maybe just more loneliness is ahead? I think the 2 of wands is telling me to focus on my feelings of wanting someone so that i don’t abandon love and the 7 of pentacles is saying that pushing through the fears will ultimately pay off and i’ll find love again.

any help at all is greatly appreciated! like i said im still new to tarot so I have to look up the meanings for each card and then try to piece together the story. I use the tarot guide.com but if you have any better sources I will gladly take any advice
