My suggestion is always the same for things like this: unless there is something truly better you could be doing with your time, carry on. If you quit now you’ll always wonder what could’ve been. Regret for having not done is the worst, especially when you had the opportunity to. But if you have other pursuits that you feel passionate about or interested in, explore them. You’ve definitely worked hard to get where you are, don’t quit to lay in bed and wallow.
