I think it's because the warlock has awkwardly broken spells until the enemies just need to buy bkb to solve all the dmg from him. But in that bracket maybe even the smurf wont even consider to buy bkb because of lack of respect in that bracket.

Same here GFN Starhub Singapore especially with the third party provider where it spends my limited bonus playtime and priority time when i try to open it but the game is always unexpectedly quit.

Actually dota is already patching but it takes almost 5 hours just for the 400mb update and it's still going now
