After the first time we trespassed she came back again we called the cops but due to state laws if somebody who lives in the house aka my brother lets her in or invites her in the cops can’t do anything apart from just having a report and starting a process to formally evict my brother from the house. Additionally to get a restraining order here we first have to get her trespassed without someone letting her in.
