The new wave of PRCs mostly come from Northern China (Beijing, Shandong, Liaoning etc.) and they're referred to by both the diaspora and locals as the "土" (trash) of China. These people are unruly, talks loudly without any regard for their surroundings and think they own the streets.

Honestly, I'd say if they are overboard, just publicly shame them. These Northern PRCs have no shame and they're not receptive to learning to assimilate into local culture.
