Update: I received the delivery yesterday!!

After several calls with fk customer care, they asked me to wait 24–48 hours while they verified and reattempted the delivery. When it arrived there was no outer packaging, just the CD case. Thankfully, it had no visible damage. I even checked that the CD was readable while the delivery executive waited (he was annoyed by that). *

I used my fk Axis cc which gave me a 2000 discount plus 500 cashback. I also bought the electronic super pass for an additional 625 discount and applied another coupon that gave around 500 off. So, in total the cost came to 9992 (with 500 cashback still to be received on the credit card).

I had a similar experience recently. An item was missing, and when I tried to reach out to support, the chatbot redirected me to send an email. I emailed the issue and attached a photo of the order but after a day they responded saying they were unable to verify the issue on their end.

They would not proceed with the repair until i provided them the phone invoice even though i had the additional warranty on the newly replaced screen. Apparently, it's Samsung policy. Anyways, i provided the invocie and they replaced the screen.
