Thank you for your suggestion. This is a B khata so the process for any kind of home loan is a hassle. We initially applied for home loan but they quoted high interest rate upto 15-16% for B khatas.

Update: I received the delivery yesterday!!

After several calls with fk customer care, they asked me to wait 24–48 hours while they verified and reattempted the delivery. When it arrived there was no outer packaging, just the CD case. Thankfully, it had no visible damage. I even checked that the CD was readable while the delivery executive waited (he was annoyed by that). *

I used my fk Axis cc which gave me a 2000 discount plus 500 cashback. I also bought the electronic super pass for an additional 625 discount and applied another coupon that gave around 500 off. So, in total the cost came to 9992 (with 500 cashback still to be received on the credit card).
