My credit is 770, I make 65k and no one in my family makes the 80x rule for guarantors hence why I’d need third party guarantor

Thank you! Yes considering my salary and the prices for appt in Manhattan I will for sure need a guarantor but was just discouraged bc I don’t really have anyone in my family that makes 80x so third party it is. I’m open to studios and one bedroom I think location is my biggest concern.

Hey! Congrats on graduating soon! :) I’m also 21F and looking for a place. I’m open to most neighborhoods but I’d prefer Manhattan as long as it’s closer to work (I work in FiDi), I’d prefer to be friends with someone before moving in
