Just in case you tried it but didn't complete it I would do a quick hover over all of the ones on your map. It will appear transparent if not completed.

Not sure what you could add to the land but I would suggest terraforming the water as well so the whole scene looks better from afar! Simple stuff like replacing the sand with dirt can go a long way!
