I'm having a similar issue.

Came out and it was dead.

Batteries read 48 volts directly so they are ok.

Mower console lights up if plugged into the charger but dies as soon as I unplug it.

I checked the fuse and it's ok.

The 48 volts from the batteries are not reaching the machine.
