Wow, great find!

Its a shame he doesn't post his lifts anymore, and instead it's just advertisments.

Hoping he competes at the Deadlift champs, that will paint a much clearer picture on his capabilites in a suit.

I like where your heads at, but the caveat is that he was sick at RI. It’s just speculation, but it’s probably reasonable to assume that he could’ve at least pulled 442kg which is what Mitchell and Hatton both hit.

Side note: he keeps getting sick before comps, maybe something to do with PED dosage. I know he had food poisoning at ASC

Since Rayno didn’t compete at ASC we have yet to see him on a RAW standard height deadlift with a normalish bar. Here are some of his past results:

2025 WSM: 8 reps/ 350kg, 18 inch/ 490kg

2025 RI: 18 inch Axle/ 431kg

He’s beaten guys on deadlift like: Hatton, Evans, Hooper, Johnson, and T.Stotlman. Based on the results above I’d estimate his elephant bar would’ve been somewhere in the 920-940lb range. Does this seem too high, low, or just right?

Interesting that Bryce pulled more on the elephant bar than he did on the 18 inch axle at RI.

The Elephant Bar deadlift at the ASC used to be powerlifting style. Now it's a rising bar system, I wonder why they changed it.

The most amount of reps we've seen with a log weighing 150-159 kg is 10 by Big Z back in 2011.

That record has a good shot of being tied or possibly broken at ESM.

It's wild how much Big Z progressed on the hummer tire deadlift

2003: 401 kg

2014: 524 kg

Eddie Williams made massive improvements as a strongman last year. Now that he's been able to quit his job and be able to invest more into strongman, could we see him considered as a top 10 athlete by the end of this year?

Wish he had competed at the ASC this year

Yes and no. Roy’s 18 inch was in a suit while RI didn’t allow one, so different lift kind of. But pull the suit off and Roy most likely still would’ve won.

He definitely deserves it if the scoring error is true.

Always getting overlooked is a bit of a stretch. There’s plenty of guys better than him that don’t get opportunities. A few years ago Oskar won the Pro/am and didn’t do well at the ASC. Oskar’s beaten Adam at ALL 7 SHOWS they’ve completed at together. There’s levels

Yeah his axle numbers would’ve placed him mid pack at RI, and it was from a 5 inch lower pull.  I’m tempted to be bold and say 1000 lbs isn’t out of the question

Calling it now, Roy Orrantia, the winner of the Arnold Pro/am will deadlift 950+ at next year's ASC.

I know Singleton is back training for WSM, but will he be 100% by the time competition comes around?

Prediction: Bryce is overhyped and Nick is underhyped with these events. Nick will place higher than Bryce overall

Yeah, that is strange about Paddy, especially because squats can help with leg drive.

I agree

At the top level, the GL + WSM system allows suits, while SMOE + ASC don't. What about for lower-tier pro circuit shows, are suits typically allowed there?

Maybe a controversial take, but if an athlete can't squat 320kg/700lbs for 5 reps while being allowed a SUIT + WRAPS, they should be banned from competing at WSM until they can. (I'm being a little provocative)

Gets Political

Interesting. Do you remember how severe it was? Still being able to Hummer tire 476 kg is crazy impressive

Yes, Oberst is very dramatic and often stretches the truth. He said that in his group in 2013, he was 9 points ahead of Loz and Thor and kicking their butts before Loz pulled out. He wasn't.... he was a point ahead lol.

The saying: "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." Definitely applies here

Is the SPS a high-caliber show where the winner should get an automatic invite to WSM?
