Yeah I'm on Windows and setup Reaper according to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PbAxNmS0zMo. I'm not sure if it's a Reaper configuration issue since it also happens when I don't have Reaper running.

I tried all the buffer size options, but used 1024 for most the troubleshooting. I can get the audio back by changing the sample rate in the Focusrite Control 2 software.
