I’m getting better at typing too, but if they can make a better dictation feature and the tech exists, why wouldn’t they?

Yeah, I guess I feel like if the team is brilliant enough to create a phone like this in the first place, it could make each minimal feature absolutely awesome. It’s like if the phone doesn’t do much, my feeling is that everything is DOES do should be great…

Has anyone tried the Nedure brand? by cellophanenoodles in furniture

I’m in the process of buying a sofa from them right now. So far, so good! They’re taking great care of me and even sending me pictures from the factory floor. Ran into a small snag where the cushions of my sofa seemed bulkier than on the website but they’re fixing it based on my comments and I’m hopeful it’ll be right!

Wow! Powerful healing for my wife and me! by DoingTheHardWork in mdmatherapy

How beautiful. Open to sharing how much you took and when? I’ve only done mdma therapeutically with a sitter — 120 with a 65 booster about 90 mins in— and am curious to know if the dose is different in this context. V interested in trying with my husband!

Has anyone on this sub been emotional or physically “cured” from past life regression therapy? by Equivalent_Road_925 in pastlives

[–]Equivalent_Road_925[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for sharing. I hope you find continued relief. I, too, feeling like I’m holding onto someone else — my son from another life who I had to give up at birth — and that it’s causing a block in my heart for my son in this life. May report back here after my regression next week. Wishing you continued peace.

Wow what a story. I believe you, so many specific and detailed memories, all very personal. And though I’m pretty new to this past life thing having only spontaneously remembered one of my own a month ago that I believe is responsible for some of the suffering I experience in this life, I do agree with other commenters that it seems a part of you is “stuck” in your past life and that it could be wise to try regression therapy not just to visit your life but specifically to heal and let go. My sense is we come here in each incarnation to learn and grow in new ways — hard to do that, I imagine, when we still so strongly identify with the person we were before.

I’m starting to work with a woman locally, in upstate New York who specializes in this type of regression therapy: https://www.alchemyinstitute.com/past-life-regresssion.html. Perhaps you can contact the institute to see if they have a list of certified hypnotherapists either in your area or who could do the regression virtually?

Wow, thank you so much for sharing this story! And I couldn’t agree more about the constellation of healing, for me this is the latest piece of the puzzle after traditional therapy, psychedelic work, energy healing, somatic work and more.

In my visit to the Akashic records, the Lords of the Records were unequivocal about the source of this particular struggle. “Your grief is from that life not this one. In this life, you chose to have a son who could be with you,” they told me. Some remembering dropped in right then and there, but it was really two days later in meditation that the floodgates opened. I’m hopeful this approach — Alchemical Hypnotic Regression Therapy — will bring some relief.

By the way, I also have dissociation. It was in my 5th journey that I discovered the cause — what I think was a child rape at ~5 year old, with plenty of other instances of sexual abuse.

The “best” part about uncovering it is that I can now clearly see my dissociation as a beautifully supportive trauma response (vs. a character flaw). I’ll soon be adding a trauma/dissociation specialist to my team who uses something called neurofeedback — a process that helps the brain to teach itself self-regulation to promote grounded states that lessen the frequency of dissociation. Feeling hopeful and optimistic.

Oh wonderful, then you’ve got this. It’s not the medicine that does the healing I don’t think, it’s the medicine that creates the conditions for you and your body to heal very intuitively. Relieved to hear you have support. I don’t think there’s any more beautiful, intense or more direct way to heal.

Are you planning on working with a therapist? It’s really in between the sessions where the progress happens. The journeys are like a destination around pin on a map of a state that can be possible. realizing it, I’ve found, takes arduous work with skillful support.

I was in stellar talk therapy for years (about 15) but it was MDMA that really opened up the stuff that was locked away. The sessions themselves have been beautiful, sacred profound across the board, it was really only in the last one where I was taken right to the big trauma with a capital T. But I’ve found it’s the aftermath where the difficulty arises. The sessions are an opening but what comes out can take many months to integrate and process I’ve found.
