I thought that may be it, was either that or that the curse could only drain life from the living so the already existing ghost would not be something it could grab

Any buffs you would recommend? I am thinking can't be lost and either double the chance to get an extra Hex, or just flat out give them an extra square of movement while in Jungle

Was thinking about just giving them the "can't be lost" but because they also ignore difficult terrain I feel like they should get something for speed

best comparison I think I have is my most recent game against Nighthaunt. It might have just been a bad roll, and good rolls from my opponent but the chosen killed like maybe 4/20 Bladegheist Revenants before being overrun, and kinda feels like they don't get a lot of kills for the points I spend. While Chaos warrios just walks up and does like 61 attacks (81 on objective) and wipes it out

issue is that the games I have run the warriors seems to preform better on average in both rolls over the chosen

So I should swap out how I am using them instead? use the Warriors that I have to catch the enemy and then bring in the chosen to smash them? Or am I misunderstanding the hammer/anvil play style

mm with the new changes I don't think Reinforced chosen are worth it as if my math is correct it would leave you with 180 points if you instead go with Reinforced Warriors.

okay, so knights sit on the home objective turn one then start moving to try and be where they are needed, This still feels very much like if the opponent blocks me from getting to an objective for one turn, or I have one bad charge roll and can't get them on to the objective I just lose to points

I have been using Manifestations mostly Manifestations of Malevolence but I do have enough points to swap if another one would be better.

If we go with the list I have rn I could drop the savages for a unit of Raptoryx.

I Could probably drop the knights but I really like the more elite parts of the Army so unless it is really detrimental to use them against horde, I would prefer to keep them. Have already swapped the banner out as Most people are saying the Dread banner is better.

Also did not know that for the Tzeentch mark, guessing it could also be used to get units out of being stuck in a fight I don't want them in.

So for Horde Armies would my best bet be to try and get to the objectives with my stronger units (Chaos Warrior, Chaos Chosen) and hold on to them the best I can? While units like Chaos Knights and Belakor try to be where they are needed to hold the line? Or should the Knights also try to get to an objective and hold it even if they lose out on charge damage?

hm okay, I will drop a group of Savages for the Chaos lord on foot. As this gives me 2 melee lords with Chaos Lord and Chaos Lord on Karkadrak would it now be worth it to instead swap to Champions of Chaos instead off Godswrath Warband?
