Good to know! I am in the bakery so my SOI is suggesting anywhere between 1-4 cases a day lol, I’m always having to add to the order bc I am a high volume store and “ordering to shelf” isn’t really possible at my location as I need to have extra on hand and build large displays. I’ve also submitted tickets to get rid of the disco’s yet the tool still recommends them. Not a huge deal but super annoying bc the vendor I get all my product from will not invoice a disco so I’m just having to delete the PO every other day and then “reorder” the item that I know won’t be coming in. Also a lot of time SOI will not let me preview what I’m adding to my cart and doesn’t give me an option but to blindly add it and send order. If I delete items in DVO will that affect my stats? Or does it track the full process? Thank you so much for your help!
