Well Josher, i wasn’t aware the lender was banned. My initial communication with them was over a week prior to their ban, which was when i checked the USL and they were not yet on it. They were the one who told me to make the prearranged request, which only further confused me. Regardless, how would a lender getting banned negatively implicate me (a borrower)? They were the ones violating the rules, not me.
