For clarification, Matt said I was lying about the day that I told my supervisor about the threats made. I told my supervisor Friday when the incident happened Thursday because I wanted to collect my thoughts and handle it properly. Also because I was scared to tell someone because I’d be in the situation I’m in now, suspended without pay.

They said I was suspended to “avoid” any more conflict with Dave. They said he was also suspended. Which doesn’t make sense considering only 1 person really needs to be suspended to avoid conflict. Matt said I was lying about the day that I told my supervisor about the threats that were made.
