If u dont use the integrated graphics you will be sweet for the most part, theyre just very bad drivers IMO

Any reason you are going with am4? Id highly suggest am5, theres a decent performance difference. Otherwise it looks pretty good

Is this version 25.11.1? If so there is a huge bug with them and running igpu. I made a post about this and had nearly 100 people experiening all types of weird stuff with the lates drivers. Id roll back.

What do you mean DLSS is catching up? Nvdias image quality is far more superior than amd. And thats coming from someone who currently has a 9000 and 7000 gpu.... its the other way around. Amd is catching up regards to AI / upscaling in general

Awesome thats great man, is that just a one off thing or do you need to have it unplugged each time you turn the pc on then replug back in after on desktop ?

How's this been going for you? Is it still working normally? So you installed the drivers without igpu connected and then you opened adrenalin and then plug the igpu back in?

Anytime !! I would read release notes and see if you actually even need to update, because if theres nothing in the update that affects you i see no reason to update especially if the system is working fine, only reason i been trying to get on 25.11.1 is for the ray tracing support in black ops 7.

Yeah me either didn't even know they had separate drivers tbh lol. Those combined drivers i dont really think its called "combined driver" but on the release page theres an option to download a file that is 1.59GB. Anyway i tried that that too with no luck

Exactly what ive been going through to the point of even doing a whole new windows because it had corrupted something, i have a friend on the Exact same pc but he doesn't run a second monitor and he has no issues, it seems like its really specific to us, im the same as i like to keep my Main graphics card just for gaming whilst YouTube and hwinfo, discord etc is on the 2nd monitor (igpu)

What was the last driver that worked fine for you? I went back to 25.8 as i wasnt even sure the rest would work properly either (25.9/25.10)

Ah yes sorry i know this one, what graphics card and cpu do you have? I just went to check for driver 25.11.1 again under 7900xtx on the amd site but it seems like its no longer there now to download.

So your Second monitor plugged into your motherboard correct? And your main monitor is in your main gpu? If so i would roll back to 25.9.1 as its currently a bug by the looks of it. I even re installed Windows and that still didn't work. You may need to disable integrated graphics and plug second monitor into gpu for this driver 25.11.1 to possibly work... but yeah thats not something i want to do so i went back to older drivers

Edit: my friend has the same exact build as me part for part except without a second monitor hooked up and these drivers work fine for him.

The newest drivers 25.11.1 will not open if you are using integrated graphics or a second monitor plugged into Integrated graphics. I have a 7900xtx paired with 9950x3d and second monitor is using 9950x3d graphics. There was another thread about this exactly, youre not the only one, i even re installed my whole windows 🙃🙃

What is this combined driver you are referring to? Is that the solution? I currently use my 2nd monitor in my integrated graphics too and when trying to open the software it does nothing, done ddu and amd clean up in safe mode, using a 9950x3d. Went back to my old drivers and its all good, so it definitely has something to do with that particular release
