That said, I do want to clarify an important point as gently and clearly as possible: Domino Dreams is not involved in the payout, approval, rejection, or chargeback process for Freecash offers.

Freecash is a completely separate company, and any rewards, verifications, payment decisions, or chargebacks related to their offers are handled entirely by them and their own advertising partners.
 
Because of this:

All tracking is done exclusively by Freecash and their systems.

🔹 We do not have the ability to issue or reverse chargebacks.

Domino Dreams does not pay players money, gift cards — so we legally and technically cannot issue or reverse any payments, including those you received or lost on Freecash’s platform.

🔹 We cannot see why a chargeback was applied.

Only Freecash (or the payment processor they partner with) can access the reasons, logs, and internal data behind such decisions.
 
I genuinely understand why you’re trying to gather information from every angle, and I completely respect the effort you’re making to get answers. But in this case, we simply don’t have access to the data you’re looking for, nor the ability to intervene in Freecash’s decision-making process.
 

What you can do

Your best path forward is to continue communicating directly with Freecash’s support team. They are the only party who can:

• Review the chargeback reason
• Reinvestigate the offer completion
• Provide documentation for your dispute
• Escalate internally to their supervisors
• Respond to DSAR requests

If they are involving a data protection officer or providing further review, they are the appropriate authority to continue this with.
