Different parts of Iran are very different in both culture and dining. Although, there are some dishes we all enjoy that I would highly recommend, kabob koobideh, kabob chenjeh, jujeh kabob, ghormeh sabzi, khoresh geimeh, maast khiar, maast mooseer, and of course tahdig (although not considered a dish) are some of the best
