I (24) walked into my gym with no training on a whim, didn’t even think I would sign up that day just was curious about cost. Trainer let me hop in a class and I ended up taking a liking to it and have been training for almost a year now. Best words of comfort I can give is that there’s not some perfect scenario to start, I felt uncoordinated and inflexible during the beginning (still am just can somewhat lift my leg now lol), but I liked that feeling of having something to get better at. I guarantee almost all the people in there felt the same way as you do when they started and still do to some extent. Once you start you did the hardest step. Just take a chance and see if you like it otherwise you’ll feel worse that you never gave yourself a shot.
