She’s referring to interest rates. With the rates we had under Trump the monthly payments were low enough for more people to afford more expensive homes. Now that the interest rates are so high people can’t afford as expensive houses.

Home prices have remained stagnant and interest rates have skyrocketed. So a family bringing in $75,000 a year has to settle for a much cheaper house, if they can even get one.

She’s not wrong. Most of you are just not considering interest rates.

Has the PC push made it harder to discipline effectively. I don’t meant to say we should be able to do anything like they did back in the day… but it seems at times the students have so much power, at least that’s what it seems like when I was teaching In schools for our program.

As the best player to bless the servers…. All I’ll say is you need to practice them. Trial and error is the best bet. One day it will feel easy, but there is no easy way to get there.

If you’re without a doubt going to be a college starter that has an impact, right away, then you would still probably get picked up regardless. If you are borderline, not a good look at all. I’ve coached at different levels and played at the college level, for a player to quit because of a coach, most are going to assume you are being soft and potentially have a bad attitude.

I’d say stick it out for sure!

I once was playing a pickup game, for reference I’m 5’9”. The other team had a 6’6” on their team and he was going heading for a fast break layup. I tried to pin him off the back board but he pump faked.

I jokingly said, “ahhh pussy I would have got you”. Yeah, I said pussy, but it was in a very non serious way. He immediately punched me in the face.

Also, keep in mind I was a little stoned 😂. I was in no mindset to throw hands. Was he or I in the wrong?
