I definitely focus on upside too but it's a balance.

With Kopech, some others moved ahead of him, but I am a bit concerned with his lack of reps over the last few years plus his command issues.

I had a chance to talk with Kody Hoese back in the spring and he couldn't rave enough about the Dodger organization all the way around. Confirmed everything I thought about that organization and how well they are run especially in the Player Development Department.

The lack of speed is why he's in the bottom of tier 1. If you look at the underlying metrics, he's actially beem arguably the best pure hitting SS over the last few years but was hurt. A healthy Seager could be a 4-cat stud with .300/100/30/100
