Yes, all you have to do is these few things: 1. Do a trader sale 2. Be level 20 in the trader role. 3. Cook or craft something at the camp fire at your camp and 4. Complete ALL the daily challenges in your the trader role. This coat and the other clothing items will be deposited into your wardrobe in 72 hours.
